Private Chef Pricing 

 

 

Full Day breakfast, lunch, afternoon charcuterie, and  five-course dinner featuring and highlighting locally-grown vegetables, Alaskan meats, fresh-caught seafood. All servings are at the guest’s leisure while maintaining their privacy and personal space. 

*lunches can be made to-go if guests are spending the day out exploring 

 

$450 + Supplies + $50.00 travel fee

Price serves 4 persons.  $50.00 each additional

 

 

Half Day this includes breakfast, lunch, and charcuterie spread. Lunch can be made to go and I depart the premises once the charcuterie is presented. 

 

$250 + supplies + $50 travel fee  

Price serves 6 persons. $25.00 each additional 

 

 

Dinner Only  five-course meal featuring and highlighting locally-grown vegetables, Alaskan meats, and fresh-caught seafood exquisitely plated  

 

$375 + Supplies + $50 travel fee

Price for 4 persons. $50.00 each additional.

 

Event - Charcuterie Spread to welcome guests and pre-made breakfast in the fridge ( this is a nice option for guests who are getting in late in the evening).

$250 + supplies + $50 travel fee

Celebration Cake

$300.00

Made to the guests  preference or theme and delivered the day of event (serves 15) 

Surprises can be accommodated with decorations and prior set-up( $50.00 additional materials fee)

 

Fresh Baked Bread and Locally Created Jam delivered for breakfast and snacks.

Cooking with Alaskan Ingredients Workshop - 

$650 (includes supplies and is for up to 5 people) ( this class can be curated for all ages)  

(approximately 2 hours)

This class is a fun activity for guests who wish to learn about local ingredients, foraging, Fairbanks lore, and new flavors and flair in the kitchen. The class will culminate in a beautifully crafted Alaskan meal that guests have learned to prepare. This is a family-friendly activity and is fun for all ages. 

 

Macaron Making With Alaskan Ingredients

$500 for up to 6 people - learn how to craft the delicate macaron while learning about different fillings made with local ingredients. 

 

Macaron Decorating 

$250 for up to 6 participants

This class is great for kids and families who just want to enjoy decorating the delicious little cookies with favorite characters, spruce trees, northern lights or a sun and mountains. 

This fun experience is about an hour long and everyone ends up with a beautifully decorated box of macarons to savor. 

 

Off-Site Picnics  

Interested in a delightful lunch at Tanana Lakes, Chena Lakes, or a romantic date at Murphy Dome, but don’t want the stress and hassle of preparation and transport? 

Let me create it for you and serve it in your favorite magical place!
