Originally from Fayetteville, NC, Melissa’s military family brought her to Fairbanks, AK In 1989. Fairbanks is where Melissa grew up, calls home, and raised her own daughter, Anastasia.
Melissa started her Real Estate career in Fairbanks in 2012 after many years of flipping homes & being in the restoration business where she still holds 5 IICRC certifications in. Melissa started the MSR Properties Team In 2020 where she brought in Kyle Allison, a former client of hers. “I want to build a team that goes above and beyond clients expectations and I knew Kyle was the right person to do that. Kyle Allison
Kyle is a hometown Real Estate Professional, Born and raised in the golden heart city. He has chosen to raise his family here after returning to Fairbanks where he left on a football scholarship to Oklahoma and playing semi-pro in Texas.
He continued his education by graduating from UAF and he has been coaching HS football for 11+ years in the community and currently is the head coach at Monroe Catholic HS. He has learned many life lessons from football. Hard work, competitiveness, and dedication is what he brings to his profession every day.
This is the same approach he takes with all his clients. The market is constantly moving and dynamic just like football. You will need someone who can coach you through your real estate game plan like Kyle can.
Kyle is currently a super host on Air BnB, he started STRs in the fall of 2021 and is looking forward to adding two more additional properties this spring/summer 2022. One of the properties will be available for guest reservations at Harding lake! The other will be economical experience for guests looking for the basics and close commute to the airport.
Along with STRs Kyle also manages his own LTRs as well. Kyle enjoys providing guests or tenants with flexibility and making sure everyone is able to enjoy a great experience either short or long term.
